That consultation is offered in Japanese as well as English, by text or voice message to the same number the studio takes calls on, for clients who would rather talk through what they are dealing with in their own language before committing to a treatment like this one.

How Procell micro-channeling delivers growth factors
The treatment delivers growth factors sourced from human bone marrow stem cells into the skin using Procell micro-channeling, a controlled micro-channeling method rather than a surface application. Tomo trained directly under Procell for this work, on top of her California State Board esthetician licensure, so the technique is one she was specifically certified to run rather than one picked up generally. That same Procell training is also what stands behind the studio's hair restoration course below, since both treatments run on the same growth-factor and micro-channeling foundation, just aimed at different parts of the body.
Because the studio only takes four clients a day, an infusion appointment like this one is not squeezed between two other bookings. The 85 minutes is treated as its own session, with the time that a treatment reaching below the surface actually needs.

The week after a micro-infusion
This is not framed as a medical procedure and it is not one, it is a licensed esthetics treatment, and aftercare guidance is given at the end of the appointment so the skin is looked after through the days that follow. Because it works below the surface rather than on it, it is booked after the consultation confirms fit, not chosen off a menu the way a facial is, and the studio's own appointment book, four clients a day at 13360 W. Washington Blvd. inside KILLER HAIR, means the aftercare conversation happens face to face rather than being handed over as a printed sheet on the way out.
For clients dealing with thinning at the scalp rather than the face, Procell also runs a Hair Restoration Package, four 70 minute sessions at $1,795, using growth factors cultured from live stem cells applied by micro-needling to stimulate regrowth, with take home care products included across all four visits.
