This is the studio's most booked treatment, at $385 for 90 minutes with a $100 deposit to hold the appointment. The point of a skin booster session is not to add volume or change the shape of a feature. It is a repair and firmness treatment, aimed at skin quality itself: tone, texture, the kind of tired dullness that a good cleanser alone never quite touches. It is why clients tend to make it something they book on a rhythm, rather than a treatment they try once out of curiosity and move on from.
Because it works on repair rather than surface polish, results build rather than appear all at once. A single ninety minute session softens and firms; a course spaced out over a few months is where most regulars end up once they have felt what the first appointment does. Micro-needling infusion, then the Tulum ritual
The treatment itself is an advanced micro-needling infusion: small, controlled channels opened across the treatment area so the infusion reaches the layer of skin it is meant to work on, rather than sitting on the surface. That is the working part of the ninety minutes, and it is where both the $385 and the term skin booster come from.
What surrounds it is what sets Tulum Spa apart from a clinic that does the infusion and sends you out the door. The full Tulum ritual is built around the treatment: relaxation folded in alongside it, then the same care given to the finish as to the infusion itself. Choosing between the three Rejuran options
Skin Booster Infusion sits in the middle of three Rejuran treatments on the menu, and it helps to see all three together before booking. Rejuran c-PDRN Lift is the lighter option at $275 for 75 minutes, $100 deposit, a micro-infusion treatment combining micro-channeling with salmon derived polynucleotide to firm, lift and repair, and it includes the same Tulum ritual of a deep pore cleanse, enzyme peel, upper body and scalp massage and infrared LED therapy.
Above the Skin Booster Infusion on this page sits the Rejuran Advanced DNA Treatment, $555 for 80 minutes with a $150 deposit, which combines micro-infusion with Rejuran Healing Essence. Appointments for the Advanced DNA Treatment open on 1 October 2026, so anyone drawn to that level of the menu now should book a Skin Booster or c-PDRN Lift session in the meantime, then move up once that calendar opens.
